Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, with respect to Defendant B, the period of five years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B and C’s joint crimes - around June 3, 2015, Defendants of violation of the Act on the Protection of Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (such as brokerage, etc.) were recruited by the Defendant C’s house located in the Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, for the purpose of gathering the Defendants from the fluor K to the fluor in Gwangju in order to meet the Defendants.

2. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A.
