Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven the B-wing truck from around 60km to the front road of the Hoho Apartment apartment located in the 22-lane road, at around 07:30 on the same day from the shill road to the 08:55 on the same day.
