Punishment of the crime

On October 17, 2012, at around 13:30, the Defendant driven a wing-in combined vehicle B without obtaining a driver’s license from around 2 km section from the front side of the treatment apartment, which is located in the Seocho-si, Seocho-si, Seocho-si, at around 13:40 on the same day to the front road of the same Choyang apartment in the same Choyang-dong.
