Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On May 30, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for fabrication of private documents at the Seoul Central District Court on December 9, 2007 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on December 9, 2007.
【Criminal Facts】
The Defendant, in coloring the same real estate as AK, AL, AM,N, and bank area loans, is to obtain loans from a bank on the ground of a false real estate owner, and to obtain loans from the bank. 1. Forgery of an official document;
A.
