A A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000, by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,00,00.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 02:00 on October 27, 2012, the Defendants’ co-offenders of the Defendants: (a) discovered the ENF passenger car and passed through the Yellow chemical front of the mountain chemical located in the Southern-gu, Busan, through the urban expressway; and (b) interfere with their course while he turns out in the direction of the opposite south through the yellow City tunnel; (c) the Defendants interfered with the flow of the vehicle by placing the above breadth in front of his vehicle; and (d) the Defendants: (a) discovered the victim F who was waiting in the south-gu, Busan; and (b) caused the victim to stop the vehicle without any license until the victim stopped, and (d) caused the victim to stop the vehicle without any contact, and (e) caused the victim to stop the vehicle without any license until the victim stopped.

2. On December 11, 2012, Defendant A’s sole criminal defendant: (a) directed from I located in the Ha in Busan District of the plane captain H to the Internet NVK on access to the Internet NVVK; and (b) deceiving Defendant A, like the above paragraph (1), as if he were his own possession, to sell it to others.
