Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 9,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), on June 28, 2007, a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) from the same support on June 28, 2007, and on the same support on February 1, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in prison for 8 months due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) on March 30, 2015, and was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 5,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at least twice.

Nevertheless, on May 1, 2015, the Defendant driven a vehicle B with alcohol content of 0.112% under the influence of alcohol without a driver’s license on May 1, 2015, from the viewing distance on the hand-on-on-on-on-on-on-going transfer-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on
