A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 24, 2017, the Defendant issued a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Western District Court on July 24, 2017, and a fine of KRW 2 million at the Incheon District Court on October 4, 2007 and issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime at the Incheon District Court on the same time.

1. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused by death before the risk) was driven by the Defendant at around 22:30 on October 10, 2017, while driving the CA car at around 30, 2017, the Defendant suffered from the Defendant’s injury in front of the Defendant’s second and the Defendant’s vehicle at the front line by taking a two-way line in front of the front line of the 29-ro, Young-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, the 29-ro, the front line of the 29-lane, along with one lane, using the light.
