A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 29, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) was under the influence of 0.160% of alcohol level during blood transfusion on March 29, 2017, the Defendant driven a sports car in the Bcoon while driving the 0.160% of alcohol level from blood, and led the Defendant to drive a sports car in the middle of Bcoon along the three-lanes of the 571-3 apartment site in the Goyangyang-gu, Seoyangyang-gu, Goyangyang-gu.
