Punishment of the crime

At around 17:00 on May 30, 2015, Defendant G, G, N, and T were collected from their own house located under the AD Dora AE on May 30, 2015, and Defendant G, N, and T were gathered.

피고인들은 함께 그때부터 같은 날 19:30 경까지 피고인 A의 집에서 화투패 1월부터 10월까지에 해당하는 화투패 각 2 장씩 20 장을 이용하여 돌아가면서 선을 잡고 화투 5 장을 1개의 패로 하여 4개의 패로 나누고, 선이 먼저 패를 고르고 나머지 사람들이 나머지 3개의 패를 임의로 선택한 후 위 각패의 화투 5 장 가운데 3 장의 숫자를 더하여 10이나 20을 만들고 남은 2 장의 숫자를 더하여 그 끗수를 비교하여 높은 쪽이 승하는 방식으로 속칭 도리 짓고땡( 민도 박, 20 장) 도박을 하였다.

이로써 피고인 A 는 도리 짓고땡 도박의 속칭 하우스 장으로서 영리의 목적으로 위 도리 짓고땡 도박장소를 개설하고, 피고인 A, G, N, T은 함께 도박을 하였다.
