Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, around 10:40 on October 20, 2010, the Defendant operated a Dap car that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the roads adjacent to the Kumcheon-dong in Busan, Suwon-do.
