Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on August 30, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 30, 2013. On September 26, 2013, the Daegu District Court sentenced two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny to eight months and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 5, 2013. On October 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Daegu District Court on October 31, 2015.

The defendant is a holder of B D's LA car volume.

No person shall operate any automobile other than those as prescribed by the Presidential Decree, on a road which is not covered by the mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, around 11:59 on December 27, 2012, the Defendant operated the said automobile not covered by mandatory insurance at the dedicated road of the Yancheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si (Seoul Metropolitan City 500mp.).
