A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury).

On September 19, 2018, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle on September 17:45, 2018, and proceeded at a speed that would not be known about 6-lanes from the side of the eegropial road to the direction of the Yongsan-gu, Daegu.

In this case, the driver has a duty of care to prevent accidents by safely driving the steering system, brakes, and other devices of the vehicle, and to prevent accidents by safely driving the driver.
