A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant causing property damage, on the ground that the victim B, who was a studio, expressed a desire to the Defendant and prevented the Defendant from entering the victim’s house, was in mind to damage the victim’s property.
