A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 15, 2014, the defendant is married with the victim B (Nam, 30 years of age).

1. An special injury:

A. At around 04:00 on February 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) laid down the victim’s head, who was locked with putting a dangerous object in Seowon-gu C apartment D, Seowon-gu, Seoju-si without any justifiable reason; (b) brought the victim’s shoulder in diving or the Defendant drinking in a locker; (c) brought the food blade (30cm in length) which is a dangerous object in the kitchen; and (d) flaped the victim’s left face with the victim’s hand-to-be.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous things and suffered from the victim's self-conscept of the unclaimed left part of the treatment days.

B. At around 00:40 on April 1, 2015, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol together with the victim, called “the victim, who is a mental patient,” at Seowon-gu Ecom 201, Seowon-gu, Young-gu, Cheongju, Cheongju, called “the victim, who is a mental patient,” was fluored in one’s own item by shouldering the main disease, which is a dangerous object, and the victim prevented the victim from doing so, and laid down the part of the victim’s shoulder, chest, breast, neck, and jum.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous objects and suffered the victim's shoulder of treatment days.

2. At around 02:40 on April 19, 2015, the Defendant, at the same place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1 above, tried to see the victim’s name, who was a dangerous thing that the Defendant left the taxi on the day and went home with the taxi engineer, and tried to see the victim’s name.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

3. The Defendant, at around 06:20 on June 4, 2016, brought about a food blade (17cm in length) which is a dangerous thing at the escape home room of the Defendant, and brought about a victim, in a small room, from the escape of the Defendant.
