At around 02:20 on December 2, 2013, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle B with a blood alcohol content of 0.153% under the influence of alcohol at a section of about 3 km from the front of the Daejeon East-gu Samsungdong Samsungdong to about 411-27 in the Jung-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon.
