Punishment of the crime

On March 2, 2013, at around 10:19, the Defendant driven Bone Star vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.158% at the section of about 2km from the roads in front of the agricultural and fishery product market in the Taedong-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City to the roads in front of the Daejeon Taedong-dong 389-5 Albidong-dong 389-5 Albidong-dong.
