Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 25, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. in the Gwangju District Court's wooden branch on November 25, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in the previous prison on October 20, 2018.
Criminal facts
1. The thief Defendant is an employee of C cafeteria in Boan-gun B.
At around 19:00 on July 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) while working in the above restaurant, the Defendant: (b) died of the victim D’s loss on the floor; and (c) took a new bank credit card owned by the victim.
2. On July 26, 2019, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 01:50, the Defendant used the credit card that was stolen by contact with the card terminal of the said restaurant in order to verify whether the credit card of the stolen D is available, as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1).
3. On July 26, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) ordered an order of five and five series of Macjus from the Fjus, which is operated by the victims of impergies E on July 26, 2019; and (b) presented a stolen DNA credit card to the victim as if he was the lawful holder, and used a stolen credit card by obtaining the said property from the victim and taking the said property into account.

7. From 26. 07:17 up to 07:17, a sum of 631,950 won, such as the list of offenses, was received and obtained through a total of 11 times and acquired, and used a stolen credit card.
