1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20 million and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 18, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

The amount of consolation money shall be KRW 20 million, comprehensively taking into account the various circumstances shown in the arguments of this case, such as the amount and degree of the unlawful act committed by the Defendant and C, the period, the marriage period and family relationship of the Plaintiff and C, and the impact of the Defendant’s unlawful act on the Plaintiff’s marital life.
