A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall keep, deliver or distribute access media with the knowledge that such media is to be used for a crime or to be used for a crime, unless otherwise expressly provided for in other Acts, in using or managing access media.

1. As a result, the defendant kept, delivered and distributed access media with the knowledge that it will be used for a crime or used for a crime.
