A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act on the Law on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes) is a person who operates a massage business with D in the trade name from Seongbuk-gu Seoul 2nd floor, and the victim E (in female, 43 years old) is an employee who works for the said business from November 26, 2012 to May 18, 2013.

At around 17:00 on March 12, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim on the part of the victim, who was married at the 6th room of the above business establishment, as the victim stated, “EMYYYYY YYYYYYYYYYYYY YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYNYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYNYYYY

B. At around 17:00 on March 19, 2013, the Defendant, while making a statement that “one time” was made to the victim who was married at the same place, sent his sexual organ to the victim and her sexual organ, committed an indecent act on the part of the victim by inserting his hand into the victim’s Accenture learning place and panty line, and committing an indecent act on the part of the victim.

C. At around 12:30 on April 7, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the Defendant with occupational force by bringing the victim’s her buriium, which was moving to a d restaurant to both hands, and by making the Defendant enter the Defendant’s sexual organ as soon as possible.

2. On June 5, 2013, the Defendant violated the Medical Service Act: (a) around 16:30, the Defendant: (b) received cash 100,000 won from 30 female employees, who had found the said place of business from F; and (c) took charge of the said customer’s shoulder, shot, etc. without his/her qualification certificate.

Accordingly, the defendant was a female employee who was disqualified in relation to the defendant's work.

3. Any person who violates the School Health Act shall provide services, etc. which are likely to engage in physical contacts between unspecified persons, exposure to confidential parts, etc., or conduct any other similar conduct, in school environmental sanitation and cleanup zones;
