A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol in the D District District of the Incheon Western Police Station D District in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and was urged to return to Korea using means of public transportation from a slope E who performed duties such as maintaining the situation and receiving a report case, etc. at that place; (b) the Defendant expressed his/her desire to return to Korea using means of public transportation; (c) “this sponse, Neman Women, Ie Women, Ieman, Ieman, Ieman”; and (d) sealed the civil petitioner’s door-to-door list ( approximately 40cm in length, Li-type plastic products) toward the direction where the above E is located.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of police officers' order.

2. The Defendant damaged the object for public use at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) 70,000 won of the market price, which was above the above civil petitioner’s 70,000 won, was broken up as described in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged public goods used by public offices.
