A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on the street of 00:32, Kimpo-ro, Kimpo-ro 227 Samsung Service Center, the Defendant: (b) on the street of 227 Samsung-ro; (c) on the cab of the victim B while drinking alcohol, but did not talk at the destination; and (d) on the cab upon the request of the victim, the Defendant, who saw the Defendant’s mobile phone, carried the Defendant’s cell phone on the instant taxinet, and destroyed the victim’s property by taking the defective house.

Around 00:40 on August 30, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties by assaulting the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported reports by the police officer E, who was dispatched after receiving a 112 report to the effect that “a cab passenger under the influence of alcohol was damaged” was in front of the Samsung Service Center at the 227 Samsung, Kimpo-ro, Kimpo-ro, Kimpo-ro, Kimpo-ro, Kimpo-ro, Kimpo-ro, Kimpo-ro, 2015.
