1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 55,429,734 as well as 25% per annum from March 28, 2015 to the full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The plaintiff related to the party is a credit comprehensive financial corporation that deals with general loans, installment loans, leases, etc. with the authorization of the Financial Supervisory Commission, and the defendant is a person who has entered into a credit transaction contract with the plaintiff.

B. On September 21, 201, the Plaintiff entered into a credit transaction agreement with the Defendant and agreed to borrow money with the Defendant as the principal amounting to KRW 90,00,000,000 for loan period, KRW 72 months for loan interest rate, and KRW 12% per annum, and to perform relevant obligations by complying with the credit transaction agreement and the basic terms and conditions of credit transaction. If a cause for loss of interest under the basic terms and conditions of credit transaction or the credit transaction agreement occurs, the Plaintiff agreed to pay damages for delay calculated by 25% per annum for all obligations related to the remaining principal and all obligations by loss of interest under the credit transaction agreement.

C. The Defendant lost the benefit of time on November 25, 2015 due to the occurrence of a cause under the Framework Act on Credit Transactions, by failing to perform the obligation to repay the loan under the above loan contract, although repayment of principal and interest is not performed.

The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 5,429,734 won, subtracting the principal of the loan repaid from total amount of KRW 90,00,000,00, from total amount of KRW 34,570,266, and to pay 25% interest per annum from March 28, 2015 to full payment rate of KRW 25% per annum.
