The defendant shall be innocent.

1. On August 24, 2001, the summary of the facts charged (2013dan64) the Defendant, an employee of the Defendant, committed a violation of the restriction on operation by loading more than 3.91 tons, 14.57 tons of total weight, 13.91 tons on the 2 axis, 3 stable, 14.57 tons, loaded more than 3.91 tons, 3.91 tons, and 4.57 tons on each of the 2 axis, at an inspection station on the 597 line of Young-gun-gun, Youngcheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-do, a local highway 597, in order to preserve the structure of the road as C driver and prevent danger to traffic.

(2013No. 65) On June 19, 2006, the Defendant violated the restriction on operation by loading more than 2.08 tons, 11.52 tons on the 2 axis, 2.08 tons, and 11.52 tons of each of the vehicles loaded more than 2.08 tons on the 3 axis, 2.08 tons, and 1.52 tons in order to preserve the road structure and prevent traffic danger at an inspection station on the 597 Line of Young-gun-gun, Young-gun, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the local highway 597, the local highway 597.
