Punishment of the crime

On December 29, 199, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months in Seoul District Court for larceny, etc. on December 5, 2003; on February 5, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 10 months in Seoul Western District Court for larceny; on November 3, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months in imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion and larceny; on October 1, 2007, the same court was sentenced to a summary order of 2 million won in the Gwangju District Court as a fine for larceny.

At around 01:00 on September 21, 2013, around 01:0, around 01:20, a person at the scene was unable to watch due to drilling’s absence before the office at the site of the Docheon ecological river construction, the victim C’s market value at approximately KRW 550,000, and the victim C’s cargo pumps at approximately KRW 550,000 are loaded into the Defendant’s freight vehicle; and

B. At around 23:30 on September 24, 2013, 2013, the Plaintiff E completed the work at the Domyang-si Construction Site and removed the site, and then, he gets off the construction materials f5 of the market value equivalent to approximately KRW 1,320,000 in the market value using the gaps of surveillance due to the absence of a person who does not observe the site.
