A Imprisonment of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 13,00,000 won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are foreigners of the nationality of Sri Lanka, and Defendant A is currently being illegally staying in Korea since the period of stay expires on January 16, 2013.
1. On October 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 01:20 on October 26, 2014, the victim F (FF and 28 years of age) was able to take a mixed toilet while working together and eating in the E cafeteria located in Daegu-gun, and (b) followed up the victim, and (c) was frighted with the victim, “I am, I am, I am, I am, I are illegal aliens, I am old, and I am old, and I am in Korea.”
The Defendant, as such, attempted to attack the victim and receive money and valuables from the victim, but the victim refused to “whether or not the victim will give money once to the victim,” and attempted to do so.
2. As the Defendants’ co-principal Defendant A did not bring about the withdrawal of money and valuables from the victims at the same time and place as the above paragraph 1, Defendant A returned to one’s own place and carried the money and valuables, and carried the money and valuables to the victim.
