1. The Defendant ordered food, which was provided by the victim with 2 soldiers and 10,000 won in total at the market price.

On March 19, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 13:30 on March 19, 2020, the fact in the “K” operated by the victim of the name unsound in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan CityJ is deemed to have paid the food value normally notwithstanding the lack of the intent or ability to pay the food value.
