1. The appeal of this case is dismissed.

2. Costs of appeal shall be borne by the applicant;

The decision of the first instance court shall be revoked. The name of the applicant and the principal of the case shall be named as △△△△△ in the family relations register of the applicant and the principal of the case whose place of registration is the applicant and the principal of the case whose name the Gu and Si/Gu-Eup multi-Ri (number omitted)

The applicant asserts that the name " ○○" has been excessively shaken, has no identity, and has been left behind the times, and that he has long been using the name " △△" before several years, so that he/she should be permitted to open the name as in the purport of the application.

However, it is difficult to view that there is a considerable reason to permit the opening solely on the ground that the name of the applicant’s “○○○” is shaking and unrecilised or unreciled behind the age, and that there is no possibility to avoid legal restrictions following the declaration of bankruptcy if the applicant is granted immunity on February 2, 2007 by the Daegu District Court Decision 2006Hadan6135 on February 2, 2007, and the applicant is declared bankrupt on March 23, 2007, and the applicant is granted a immunity decision by the Daegu District Court 2006Ma617 on March 23, 2007. Accordingly, the applicant’s application of this case is rejected.

Therefore, the petitioner's application of this case shall be dismissed as it is without merit, and the decision of the court of first instance is just, and the appeal of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
