A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was wounded in the line of duty under B, and the victim C(the age of 21) is a person who was killed in the same line of duty.

At around 03:30 on October 30, 2019, the Defendant met the victim's chest with his/her chest at his/her living room located in Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, Macheon-gun, the Defendant left the victim's chest by his/her son, and the victim did not open the remaining eye due to his/her fry from the locking of the fry, and the Defendant met the victim's chest, ship, and fry with his/her chest and part of the sexual flag.
