A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:20 on July 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) expressed his desire to “Acste shop” at the “Cca shop” located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul; (b) in order to verify personal information by the slope E belonging to the D District Unit of the Jungran Police Station, called “Acste Chewing flase,” and (c) assaulted the said E’s chest by hand, such as sub-flading the said E’s chest and flading it by hand, thereby hindering the police officer’s legitimate execution of official duties regarding the duty of sending the report 112.
