A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for assault, etc. at the Busan District Court on September 29, 201, and completed the enforcement of the sentence in the Busan Detention Center on February 12, 2012, and committed each of the following crimes under the status that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things from alcohol dependence or make decisions:

1. Around 06:00 on August 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) requested a victim C (20 years of age) who was working as an employee of the said convenience store from the F convenience store operated by E in Syang-si; (b) requested a victim to walk by telephone while being drunked; (c) did not connect with telephone; (d) on the ground that the Defendant continuously demanded the Defendant to leave the convenience store without any melting building, the part of the victim’s right blick part on the part of the victim’s right blick; and (c) assaulted the victim to walk one time to walk the part of the victim’s right flick part of the victim’s right flick part, depending on the victim’s body, when the victim avoided his body on the warehouse.

2.
