1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. All costs of the lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

1. On July 13, 2018, the Plaintiff filed a request for the provision of financial transaction information on the part that stated that “income tax of 309,410 won and income tax of 30,940 won from other income 1,547,050 won in 2010” and “income tax of 30,940 won from other income in 2010” and the part that stated that “income tax of 1,547,050 won from total income” was withheld from Defendant B’s other income (Evidence A No. 1).

On the other hand, the defendant announced that "the bank may apply for the provision of financial transaction information by specifying the account number and period," and accordingly, the plaintiff immediately applied for the provision of "the transaction details, 11 partial withdrawals transaction details of the C account in the name of the plaintiff, and from November 17, 2009, from January 26, 2007 to November 17, 2009 to the date when the plaintiff opened the D account in the name of the plaintiff."

The Defendant immediately provided the Plaintiff with 11 transaction details from October 8, 2008 to November 17, 2009, 2008;

The plaintiff asserted that the defendant was an administrative agency, and the defendant applied for the provision of financial transaction information as above to the defendant, but the defendant applied for it.
