The parties and related defendants are local public corporations established under the Local Public Enterprises Act that operate Seoul subway 5, 6, 7, and 8, and the plaintiffs are employed by the defendant and provide labor until now.

Article 15 (Calculation of Average Wage) The average wage shall be calculated by dividing the sum of the basic pay, monthly allowance, and meal allowance, meal service allowance, service activity subsidy, job class allowance, annual leave allowance, long-term annual holiday allowance, bonus allowance (Provided, That the amount of incentive performance x the basic wage x the individual payment rate), effective bonus, and monthly bonus paid for one year before the date on which the cause for calculation occurs, which is paid in the last three months prior to the date on which the cause for calculation occurs, by three equal amounts.
