Defendant
D Co., Ltd. is a business owner who operates a construction business with the head office of E and F at the Namyang-si in Gyeonggi-do, and was awarded a contract for G construction from Gyeonggi-do to KRW 701,570,280, and was doing construction from June 5, 2019. Defendant C is an employee of the above Defendant D Co., Ltd, who is a field agent at the construction site, and is a safety and health manager for workers at the construction site.

B A business owner who has the head office of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H and I and engages in a creative construction business, etc. A around June 12, 2019, Defendant D Co., Ltd. subcontracted construction works, such as ice removal, reconstruction, painting, etc. during the said remodeling work from the above Defendant D Co., Ltd. to take charge of it from June 19, 2019. Defendant A, as the field agent of the above Defendant B, is a person in charge of safety and health management for its employees.
1. Defendant A victim J (Nam and 49 years of age) was employed from around August 19, 2019 to work for a day duty in Company B, and was removed from the above construction site on August 22, 2019 to the above construction site on August 14:15, 2019.
The above work is conducted on the roof of approximately 7.8 meters above ground constructed in approximately 13 years ago with weak strength, such as polysene panels, and is easily located in the department.
