1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months;
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant
A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “B”) is a legal entity owner established for the purpose of the business of the boarding, etc. in the Busan East-gu, Busan.
