A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a D 25 tons car truck.
On July 25, 2014, the Defendant driven the above truck on July 18:4, 2014, and changed the five-lanes into the five-lanes while driving the road at a speed of about 70 km from Seoul to Busan along the four-lanes.
