Defendant

A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The thief Defendants’ thief was a person in a de facto marital relationship. From September 2, 2005 to December 15, 2013, the Defendants operated the said thief as a thief with the first floor below HH building in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu and the second floor as a thief with the second floor, and the J was a person who worked as the head of the said stief.

The Defendants, together with J, conspired to use water from the main pipe of the water supply pipes connected to the main pipe of the water supply pipes before and after the water supply pipes of the above main pipe for the purpose of reducing the water rate of the above main pipe. The Defendants conspired to use water from the main pipe to supply the main pipe pipes instead of using the measuring instruments.

Accordingly, in collusion with J on March 3, 2009 to March 2, 2011, the Defendants: (a) installed water supply measuring instruments from the above Henb installed at the above Henb waterworks business establishment in Seoul Northern Province; (b) installed the water supply pipes of the above Henbian waterworks in front of the above H building; and (c) used the water supply pipes from March 3, 201 to December 5, 201 with the water supply pipes of the above Henbian water supply pipes after connecting them with the water supply pipes of the above Henbian water supply pipes.

2. No person who violates the Act on the Registration under the name of the person having the real right to real estate held by Defendant B shall register the real right to real estate in the name of the trustee under the title trust agreement;

Nevertheless, on October 13, 2010, Defendant B entered into a trust agreement with K and L with respect to the size of 119.35 square meters for the steel reinforced concrete building No. 101, No. 2185.15 square meters for the steel reinforced concrete No. 201, the second underground floor of the same building as the building No. H No. 101, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and registered the building purchased by the Defendant under the name of K and L in accordance with the trust agreement with each 1/2 shares for the above building in the auction procedure.
