1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of ten months and by a fine of ten thousand won.

The above fine shall be imposed on the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s refusal to conduct maritime inspections, illegal public assistance, and fishing operations in a zone where operations are prohibited are the captain of a large trawls and fishing vessel D (139 tons of fishing vessel E, fishing vessel E, large trawls F, vessel G, and sales price deposited into the vessel account prior to the permit number, and thus, the vessel owner would be punished more severe than the vessel owner. The vessel owner G is the captain of the relevant large trawl fishing vessel, who was charged with summary type 200,000 won at the 2018 High Court support of Gwangju District Court Decision 2018 High High Court Decision 200,000 won, which became final and conclusive; hereinafter “large trawls”).

No person who refuses to conduct a marine inspection shall refuse, interfere with, or evade a marine inspection or search by a marine police officer without a justifiable ground.

However, at around 09:50 on December 20, 2017, Defendant A, while operating the instant large trawer fishing vessel, tried to conduct maritime inspection and search at approximately 4.5 nautical miles (N 35.11.90 east 129.10 east east 129.10 east east 129.10 east east 201) from the academic east-gun-gun-gun, Busan, Busan, for the instant large trawer fishing vessel under suspicion of illegal fishing operations, but refused it without justifiable grounds.
