Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants B and A established a gambling place from January 24, 2018 to February 7, 2018, from around 06:00 to around 00, Defendant A’s G party to the operation of Defendant A located in the F2nd floor of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant A loaned gambling funds to those who want to gamble in return for providing a place for gambling at a cost of cleaning 2 to 30,000 won per day and for drinking or tobacco heart, and for those who want to gamble in gambling at a heart value. Defendant B lent gambling funds to those who want to gamble in return for providing a place. Defendant B loaned gambling funds at the cost of riding KRW 10,00 won per hour at the replacement card and KRW 20,000 per hour.

As a result, Defendant B and A conspired to open a gambling place for profit.

2. Gambling;

A. Defendant B, C, E, and D together with the Defendants, from January 28, 2018 to the next day 05:00, from January 28, 2018 to the next day, Defendant B, C, E, and D metd the card four in accordance with the pre-determined rules by means of a card 52, and each time the card is altered, and the number of persons who are lower than the first one among the Chapter IV was given a different card by comparing each other’s numbers and non-satiss. In a way, the one-time sales amount of KRW 200,000,000, and the one-time sales amount of KRW 205:00,000, and the one-time sales amount of KRW 300,000, 205:00, 200.

B. Defendants B, C, and E, together with each other, committed the following crimes from January 24, 2018 to 08:00 on the following day; from January 27, 2018 to January 27, 2018 to 09:00, Defendant B, C, and E, within the G party-gu smoking room as described in paragraph (1); and from January 27, 2018 to 09:00 of the following day, Defendant B, C, and E, in several ways as described in paragraph (a) 2.

On February 6, 2018, the Defendants jointly committed the crimes of B, C, and A, and from February 6, 2018 to 06:00 on the following day, the Defendants were gambling in the G party room as set out in paragraph (1) G party room within the G party hall smoking room, and in the same manner as the entry in paragraph (1) 2-A, the term “Woo-gu” was collectively called “Woo-gu.”
