Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. From August 1, 2013 to September 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) provided four customers with shower facilities and strings in approximately 50 stories B in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul; and (b) took 415 male customers who find the place of business at one time, received 70,000 won at one time, and had them sexual intercourse; (c) acquired 20,300,000 won in total, and arranged for commercial sex acts.

2. From the end of September 2013 to October 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) removed a sexual traffic business establishment using the trade name “E” from the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) from the end of the day to the end of the said paragraph; (b) took 70,000 male customers who found at the business establishment one time against the male customers, and had F and other employees do a similar sexual intercourse which makes the female workers enter the business; and (c) acquired a total of KRW 375,000, totaling KRW 25,000, among the chemical units, and arranged sexual traffic.
