Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 03:30 on January 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 130,000 from “D” located in Jeju-si; and (b) arranged sexual traffic by having female employees enter into a sexual relationship with the said E.

2. From May 15, 2015 to May 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) provided three rooms equipped with shower facilities at the places indicated in paragraph (1) and operated “F”; (b) provided that female employees receive KRW 100,00 to KRW 130,00 from many unspecified customers at one time, and provided female employees with a sexual intercourse with the said customers, thereby arranging sexual traffic.
