Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 11, 2012, around 00:17, the Defendant: (a) concealed two knives of the blade length 11.5cm and 9cm’s blades in front of the Cmaart in Nam-si B without good cause; and (b) held that even if such recognition was made without any changes in indictment, it would not affect the Defendant’s exercise of his right to defense; (c) thus, the Defendant ought to revise it ex officio without following the procedures for changes in indictment.
