1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B’s KRW 6,107,930 as well as 5% per annum from April 18, 2015 to July 8, 2015.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff, Defendants, and F are co-owners of the instant land (54/228 of the Plaintiff’s share, 57/228 of the Plaintiff’s share, 57/228 of the F’s share, 57/228 of the F, 33/228 of the shares of Defendant C, and 27/228 of the shares of Defendant D).
B. The instant land was originally owned by G; G sold it to H on September 2, 1986 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 4, 1986; H sold it to I on October 29, 1987; and H completed the registration of ownership transfer on October 31, 1987; and I sold it after division, and thereafter sold each of the instant land to the Plaintiff, Defendants, and F transferred to the Plaintiff, as indicated in the following table:
(2) Of the instant land, the Plaintiff’s ownership transfer registration on October 14, 1988 (the sale and purchase on October 13, 1988) K 198 (the sale and purchase on September 13, 1988) on October 29, 198 (the sale and purchase on September 15, 208) L 198 (the sale and purchase on October 29, 198) on October 29, 208 (the sale and purchase on September 20, 198) on ownership transfer registration on October 29, 198 (the sale and purchase on October 29, 198). The Plaintiff’s ownership transfer registration on October 29, 208 (the sale and purchase on October 20, 198) on ownership transfer registration on October 29, 198 (the sale and purchase on October 29, 198).
C. On the P ground of Kangwon-gun P, adjacent to the instant land, there was a building owned by H of 172.48 square meters in the 2nd 1,22.48 square meters in each of the 1,2nd 2nd lub roof, and 90 square meters in each of the underground, but I purchased the said building along with the instant land on October 29, 1987 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the said building on October 31, 1987.
I, on July 25, 198, is the shares of each land indicated in the above table after completing registration as a sectionally owned building.
