Defendant

A is designated by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety as a food sanitary inspection institution and an institute for livestock product sanitary inspection (the name of which was changed to "testing and inspection institution such as food, etc." and "livestock product testing and inspection institution" under this Act) and is the representative director of K (hereinafter referred to as "K"). Defendant B is a person operating "M" which manufactures and sells food benefits, etc. in Sungnam-si L in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.
