A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two years and a fine of fifty million won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is the representative director of Seongbuk-gu Seoul FG University H and I (hereinafter referred to as “I”) who is a food and institute for livestock product sanitary inspection in Seongbuk-gu Seoul FG University H.
1. No food sanitary inspection institution designated by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety shall issue a false report on food sanitary inspection, intentionally or by gross negligence, to ensure the safety of foods, etc. violating the Food Sanitation Act and to verify harmful foods, etc.;
On March 18, 2014, at the above I Office, the Defendant did not comply with the micro-organism test method (n=5) method, which is a micro-organism test method, which is set forth in the food standards and specifications, and issued a false report on food sanitation inspection from March 18, 2014 to July 23, 2014, and issued a false report on food sanitation inspection at least 191 times, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (1).
2. No institute for livestock product sanitary inspection designated by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety to secure the safety of livestock products in violation of the Livestock Products Management and Sanitation Act, and to verify harmful food, etc., shall issue a false inspection report intentionally or by gross negligence, to the Defendant, without complying with n-5 (Military Law), which is a micro-organism experiment method prescribed in the standards and specifications, even though he/she was requested by K of the manufacturing business of livestock products at the above I office to inspect the part of the inspection report without complying with the livestock products standards and specifications, and issued a false inspection report as if he/she inspected all five autopsys and issued a false inspection report from March 10, 2014 to July 30, 2014, as stated in the attached list of crimes (2).
