If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:00 on February 23, 2013, the Defendant driven a B B B B B-a-car car with approximately 3 km section around the road located in the same Si-Eup/Myeon from the Taecheon National University located in the Si-Eup/Myeon prior to the same Si-Eup/Myeon, in the state of blood alcohol concentration of 0.103%.
