Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2014, at around 13:30, the Defendant driven a car at approximately 3 km from the Do in front of the Gancheon-si Line to the Macheon-dong located in the same Si/Eup/Myeon without obtaining a driver’s license from the Do in front of the Gancheon-si Line.
