A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant cut the V of a registration license plate attached to the front of the victim B, the ownership of which was parked in the street in front of the private house located in the Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Cho Jong-gun. The Defendant removed it from it by hand.

2. On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) attached the registration number plate of the Category C Arops in the Drops parking lot of the Drops which was stolen as set forth in the preceding paragraph to the front of the E Erops car owned by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant used the registration number plate unlawfully for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. From March 2013 to September 16, 2013, the Defendant illegally used air coos car as stated in paragraph (2) from the first patrol officer of the Republic of Korea on March 2013 to the first patrol officer of the Republic of Korea on September 16, 2013.

4. Any person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

However, on September 2012, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of ownership transfer of the said passenger car even though he purchased and acquired E E E E E E ccoo car registered under the name of H in the vicinity of the G market located in the Busan metropolitan Daegu F, in the name of H in KRW 4.7 million.
