A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a foreigner of the nationality of Kazakin, who is an importer and exporter of a motor vehicle in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, operating the "D".

1. Around 18:00 on March 18, 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act due to the unlawful use of air, and the unlawful use of a registration license plate, the Defendant removed the number plate of the G EF rocketing and other car purchased from another (F) around the second day of the same month, and attached the “B” car number plate in the said office.

Accordingly, the defendant used the registration number plate, which is air, unlawfully.

2. On March 19, 2016, the Defendant at an illegal-use air defense event: (a) attached the “B” number plate to G EF rocketing and other automobiles, as prescribed in paragraph (1), and operated the 80km from the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Cheongdong to the front day of Pyeongtaek-si in Gyeonggi-do at around 20:40 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.

3. Any person who has an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act due to the unpaid registration of transfer shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor within fifteen days from the date of purchase;

Nevertheless, on March 2, 2016, the Defendant purchased GF rocketing car from others, such as Paragraph 1, but did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership by the 19th of the same month.
