Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. On the alleyway in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, on July 7, 2013, at around 00:0, the Defendants discovered one 125cc oba in the market value equivalent to KRW 1,500,000, which is the ownership of the victim due to the non-name parked therein. Defendant B reported the network around the surrounding area, and Defendant A was able to walk along with a Dong by using the drick, but the intention was not achieved due to the failure of the Dong.
Accordingly, the Defendants, together, attempted to steal the said victim’s property, but attempted to commit it.
B. At around 23:00 on October 2, 2013, the Defendants: (a) obtained one half of the gold bars amounting to KRW 298,000 at the market price of the 30th female victims lost in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning to the said victims; (c) on the front way of the subway Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (d) did so.
As a result, the Defendants conspired and embezzled the property that was separated from the possession of the said victim.
2. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;
A. On September 21, 2013, at around 02:20, Sep. 21, 2013, 2013, Defendant A: (a) discovered an EKaren car car in an amount equivalent to KRW 10 million at the market price owned by the victim D, the door of which is parked in an unclaimed state; (b) cut off as a key attached to the knife at the knife, with a view to leaving the knife, and driving it.
B. Defendant A did not obtain a driver’s license on September 21, 2013, but driven a Karen car that was stolen on the roads of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Salydong and the same Dong-dong Road from September 21, 2013 to 04:30.
C. On September 24, 2013, the thief Defendant A was parked in the alley in Seoul Si around 00:00 on September 24, 2013, with no locking door.
